At SEND Vision, we offer personalised tutoring for primary school children — supporting both children with and without additional needs.
Our goal is to build confidence, close learning gaps, and make learning enjoyable and accessible for every child.

Where Tutoring Takes Place

Tutoring is available face-to-face/online and can take place in your child’s home, at a local library, or at my home in Middlesbrough.

Sessions outside of the Middlesbrough area are available at an additional 45p per mile to cover travel costs.

Who Tutoring Is For

Our tutoring is designed for primary-aged children who may need a little extra support or a different approach to learning. This includes children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), as well as those who simply benefit from individual attention. Whether your child needs help with reading, writing, maths, or building confidence, sessions are adapted to suit their unique needs and learning style.

Before Tutoring Begins

Before we start, parents are asked to complete a short questionnaire. This helps us gain a clear understanding of your child’s current ability, strengths, challenges, and interests. Using this information, we create a tailored plan that meets your child exactly where they are and helps them move forward with confidence.

What to Expect:

Each session is:

Fully personalised- sessions can be delivered 1:1 and/or in small groups
Planned to match your child’s unique goals and pace
Delivered by an experienced professional with expertise in SEND and primary education
Focused on building skills, confidence, and enjoyment of learning

Progress is reviewed regularly, and feedback is shared with parents to celebrate achievements and set next steps.
